After the resin prototype has been approved it is then sent back to the factory.

The factory engineers will take the resin proto and generate a "wax model". With this the engineers will break down the figure to smaller components that will make de-molding from the rotocast mold easily.

Pour spouts, joint flanges and openings are added to the wax and a rotocast mold is then produced.

After the mold is finished a number of "test pull" are generated to determine if the molds are producing castings properly. The following images are of the wax model
